HOW TO ORDER

How to Order

Ordering from Futon Tokyo is simple.
Please choose your item, select the size and options, and place your order through our online store.

Please check your email

We will contact you by email at different stages of your order.

You will receive an automatic order confirmation email after placing your order.
We may also contact you if we need to confirm any details, such as a mismatch between a futon and cover size, or if there is a temporary delay due to stock availability.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information.

Please make sure you can receive emails from support@futontokyo.com.
If you do not see our email, please also check your junk or spam folder.

Payment

You can pay by credit card or PayPal.
Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

Shipping

We usually ship international orders by EMS (Express Mail Service).

Each futon is carefully packed in a thick plastic bag for moisture protection, and then placed inside a heavy-duty kraft paper bag to help prevent damage during international shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information by email.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may be charged when your order arrives in your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not able to estimate or control these charges.

If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns and Cancellations

As our items are shipped internationally, we are not able to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for personal reasons, change of mind, incorrect orders, or delivery delays after shipment.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact your local delivery office as soon as possible and keep the original packaging for inspection.

Please also contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can review the situation and support you.
