ABOUT SHIPPING / ORDER FLOW

1. Choose Your Item - Select the futon, cover, tatami mat, or other item you would like to order.

2. Check the Size - Please choose the size carefully before ordering. Once production has started, we cannot change the size.

3. Place Your Order - You can check the shipping cost in your cart before checkout. We accept credit cards and PayPal.

4. We Make Your Futon - Most futons are made to order. Production usually takes 2–3 weeks, or up to 4 weeks during busy periods.

5. Shipping by EMS - Your order ships from Tokyo, and we will send you the tracking information.

6. Receive Your Order - Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks. Please check tracking and contact your local carrier if delayed.

Since our founding, Wataya Mori has remained steadfast in our commitment to natural cotton. We meticulously select raw cotton from around the world, processing it entirely in-house from spinning to tailoring. In recent years, we have also intensified our focus on organic cotton, advancing environmentally and socially conscious initiatives such as obtaining international certifications and implementing traceability management.
